Founded by passionate baker Greg Shearman, Chock Shop is an artisan bakery famous for its premium, handmade brownies. Uniquely cut into circles so every customer enjoys the soft, gooey centre, they offer a wide range of decadent flavours. For the ultimate indulgence, their brownies are famously served with fresh strawberries, cream, and hot chocolate sauce.

Bring a little theatre to your event with a live dessert station centred around handmade artisan brownies, served warm and finished with indulgent toppings. Guests can choose from a wide range of brownie flavours, from classics like Double Chocolate, Salted Caramel and The Classic to more playful favourites such as Biscoff, Oreo, Banoffee and Terry’s Chocolate Orange, creating a sweet moment that feels generous, polished and properly memorable. This concept suits weddings, corporate parties, birthdays and festive celebrations where you want an easy crowd-pleaser that still feels special. Each brownie is hand-prepared and hand-decorated, with rich chocolate flavour, comforting texture and a just-baked feel that keeps guests coming back for another visit to the stall.
