Yes — a minimum bar spend is required.

The minimum bar spend is £400.

The bar hire fee to secure the date is £100.

No — the bar hire fee is not refundable, even if the minimum bar spend is met.

Please allow around 1 hour before serving for set-up and to get the coffee machine warmed up.

We require approximately 4 m x 2.5 m of space.

Electricity is preferred, but we can also self-power using a generator or gas and batteries, which makes the trailer very versatile.

Either works — guests can pay on the day, or you can arrange a pre-paid bar tab.

Yes — we provide disposable cups for service.

We typically bring 1–2 baristas plus a cashier.

Yes — clean-up is included, and we’ll clean down before leaving.

Simply order for the expected number of guests to secure the date. You can freely change the number up to 7 days before your event.

You can freely change or cancel your order up to 7 days before your event.

Changes: To make changes to your order (guest count, menu, etc.), log in at nuento.co.uk with your phone number, open your order, and contact the supplier directly using the contact details provided in your order.

Cancel: You can cancel your order free of charge up to 7 days before your event. Any payments already made will be refunded in full. Log in at nuento.co.uk with your phone number and cancel directly from your order page.

We always recommend booking as early as possible. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred supplier.

Running late? There's still a good chance it can be done. Suppliers keep their calendars up to date, but in the rare case they're unable to confirm your booking, you'll be notified as soon as possible.

You can typically book up to 2-7 days before your event, depending on the supplier.

Each supplier sets their own minimum spend. If the total order is below the supplier's minimum spend, a small order fee is added so the minimum is met. You'll always see clearly if a small order fee has been applied and how much it is.

Once you enter your postcode, delivery is automatically calculated and included in 'Setup and transport'. The cost depends on your distance from the supplier. Some suppliers offer free delivery.

Yes — suppliers keep their calendars up to date, so the dates you see are available. Once you've booked, the supplier will review your booking and confirm it, usually within 24 hours. In the rare case they're unable to confirm, you'll be notified as soon as possible.

When you proceed with your order, you will have the option to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

If you book more than 7 days in advance, payment will be charged in two instalments.

Your card is only verified when you book. Instalment 1 is charged once the supplier approves your order.

Instalment 2 is charged 7 days before your event.
