We don't require electricity for standard setup. Access to power may be needed for lighting at evening events.

We arrive approximately 60-90 minutes before serving time. The exact time depends on your event and any special requirements.

Please allow a minimum of 2 m x 2 m of level outdoor space, or a well-ventilated indoor area, for the gazebo and cooking equipment. For events with more than 70 guests, a minimum of 3 m x 3 m is required. Safe access to the setup area is also necessary.

Yes, our setup can be placed both indoors and outdoors.

Yes, of course! All food is freshly prepared on site so your guests can enjoy the full experience.

We can accommodate most common allergens; dairy and gluten. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when booking, and we will ensure a safe dining experience for everyone.

We can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, e.g. vegetarian and vegan food. Please let us know your requirements when booking.

Simply order for the expected number of guests to secure the date. You can freely change the number up to 7 days before your event.

Changes: To make changes to your order (guest count, menu, etc.), log in at nuento.co.uk with your phone number, open your order, and contact the supplier directly using the contact details provided in your order.

Cancel: You can cancel your order free of charge up to 7 days before your event. Any payments already made will be refunded in full. Log in at nuento.co.uk with your phone number and cancel directly from your order page.

We always recommend booking as early as possible. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred supplier.

Running late? There's still a good chance it can be done. Suppliers keep their calendars up to date, but in the rare case they're unable to confirm your booking, you'll be notified as soon as possible.

You can typically book up to 2-7 days before your event, depending on the supplier.

Each supplier sets their own minimum spend. If the total order is below the supplier's minimum spend, a small order fee is added so the minimum is met. You'll always see clearly if a small order fee has been applied and how much it is.

Once you enter your postcode, delivery is automatically calculated and included in 'Setup and transport'. The cost depends on your distance from the supplier. Some suppliers offer free delivery.

Yes — suppliers keep their calendars up to date, so the dates you see are available. Once you've booked, the supplier will review your booking and confirm it, usually within 24 hours. In the rare case they're unable to confirm, you'll be notified as soon as possible.

When you proceed with your order, you will have the option to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

If you book more than 7 days in advance, payment will be charged in two instalments.

Your card is only verified when you book. Instalment 1 is charged once the supplier approves your order.

Instalment 2 is charged 7 days before your event.
